High Specification Centres.
Our decon centres are designed with a segregated, colour-coded one-way work flow system RED to BLUE.
Our highly trained teams are dedicated to either the red (dirty) area or the blue (clean) area to further reduce the potential for cross contamination.
We invest in:
- Best in class Miele professional industrial washing machines and dryers.
- High specification materials and sanitary fittings.
- Non-porous walls and floor coverings.
- Vehicles fitted with the same high specification materials.
- RFID technology to enable complete traceability of equipment decontamination history.

Essential Validation and Quality Control
We randomly select 10% of the centres throughput for ATP swabbing, with NEQIS wash cycle validation recorded for every wash cycle.
A robust escalation process is in place, and our decontamination centres and processes are subject to comprehensive external, unannounced audits by an independent leading microbiological partner.
The data collected through our validation and quality control processes is reported to our contracted customers and all report data is analysed as part of our continuous improvement plan.
