Our head office is located in Birstall, West Yorkshire, just a few minutes from junction 27 of the M62. Here you will find our state-of-the-art, sustainable facilities, that have been designed with future expansion in mind.
Our Office Space
Our newly designed office is the home for all key functions at Essential Healthcare, including Customer Care, Accounts, Marketing, People and Culture to name a few and is the beating heart of our organisation. Our space is bright, open and inspiring, supporting our Essential Healthcare community to be the best they can be, every day, in all they do.
Decontamination Centre
Our West Yorkshire location is also home to our main state-of-the-art decontamination centre, with a constant flow of products coming in and going out. Designed in partnership with a leading UK microbiologist, every element within our eDecon™ centre, including its processes, have been created to meet all NHS infection control policies and procedures. Providing assurance that together we can keep patients and caregivers safe, from the risks of cross infection.
Clinical Training Centre
Our newly opened training facility, provides an intensive care bay, a hospital ward bay, bariatric bay, plus a domestic bedroom and bathroom. Allowing training to be completed in a realistic environment. In addition, we have a large fully equipped meeting space available for booking. We have hosted multiple customer training sessions on key topics, providing evidence for revalidation.

Sustainable Location
Our head office location is fitted with leading technology to reduce the environmental impact of running such a facility, some of this technology includes:
