Ever wondered who Essential Healthcare Solutions are and what we might do? Read on to find out…

We have been supplying support to the NHS, community healthcare organisations and patients in their own homes since 2016 and I am enormously proud of our achievements and contribution to improving patient outcomes across the UK during this time.

We have grown our portfolio to span across pressure area care, safe patient moving and handling and bariatric rental solutions, underpinned by our service, maintenance and gold standard decontamination provision.

Everyone’s contribution is crucial, whether you are a service engineer out in the field, clinical educator working alongside nurses on the frontline or a member of the office team at our head quarters, there is no doubt that our continuing success reflects the Essential Healthcare Solutions spirit, characterised by collaborative teamwork and uncompromising commitment to making a difference.

But what does it really mean to be a part of Essential?
Over the past year, our People and Culture Director, Pauline Towey, has worked with the team to define our core values; the guiding principles that drive our actions and truly represent who we are.

Each and every employee has pledged their pact:

Our Values.

The team submit their nominations throughout the year, and awards are presented to the winners during our companywide meetings.
